After eight years of research and development, PuJi has created an efficient cleaning technology of tableware without detergent. The application product of this technology Called “dishwasher equipment”, The Dishwasher machine no longer uses detergent after the water inlet is connected to the device .
The dishwasher equipment contains high-energy mineral rare earth and physical active oxygen to change the physical properties of water molecules, allowing for anionic effects. By utilizing the principles of water solubility and immersion, oil stains are transformed into a "water-encapsulated oil" state which allows for rapid decomposition of grease and simultaneous release of soluble active oxygen that can be used to sterilize, disinfect, and remove unpleasant odors. The equipment can reduce monthly cleaning costs by 2,000-15,000 yuan, reduces the use of dryers and emits zero residue and pollution. The wastewater produced is free of grease deposits, blockages, and can prevent the growth of organisms. This technology exceeds national standards and enables hotels, restaurants, and canteens to run with healthy, environmentally friendly, safe and low cost standards."
